SHIPPING POLICY — SHOVELLE
All Shovelle orders are handpicked and dispatched from Munich, Germany, typically on the same or next working day after your order is confirmed.
Processing time Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control are beyond our responsibility.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes Orders shipped outside Germany may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shovelle has no control over customs processes and cannot predict charges or delays. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
Lost or delayed parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sup@shovelle.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us, as parcels occasionally experience minor delays.
