The Shovelle story

The web is full of snuff spoons, bump spoons, party necklaces and snorting
equipment. And so are the inventories of people that your mum wouldn’t let you
play with. And while these accessories are incredibly useful, they are usually cheap imports lacking the elegance of actual jewellery.

After discovering a vintage snuff spoon in an antiquities shop and seeing the many benefits and interest from peers, we have decided to bring timeless designs and British craftsmanship together in a Swiss army knife you can wear around your neck.

Whether you use the pieces for snuff, as ear pick or as salt / sugar spoon, our sturdy pieces will come in handy with many of life’s challenges.

Don’t admit your naughty little habits. Embrace them!

We make high quality, beautiful and functional equipment for serving little
quantities and hard to reach places. All our pieces are 100% made in the UK. By hand. And where
possible, we use recycled and fair trade material.
